Adobe Agave

Adobe Agave is a Bed and Breakfast in a 100-year-old adobe building with six fully furnished, unique and charming apartments located in Silver City's Downtown Historic District.

Find the comfort, and tranquility of traditional adobe living. If you have never lived in an earth constructed building come experience the difference at Adobe Agave. The foot thick walls provide excellent insulation, privacy and peaceful quiet.

Please, note that the Adobe Agave is a green establishment and there is no smoking on the premises for the enjoyment of our guests.

Our History

The Silveree Adobe was purchased in June 2006, and has since been extensively renovated and redecorated.

Who We Are

Ellen O'Bryan is the owner and proprietor of Adobe Agave. She lives on-site and is always available for whatever you might need to make your stay more enjoyable.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

 50% of entire rental amount is required to confirm reservation,
with the balance of the rental amount, plus a security deposit,
due before or upon arrival, as per prior arrangements.

Refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival.
subject to our ability to fill the reservation and less a $75 per unit cancellation fee.

If Adobe Agave cannot fill your canceled reservation, Adobe Agave will extend
a nontransferable credit for the amount of your deposit, less applicable cancellation fee,
towards another stay to be used within 12 months of original reservation arrival date.

Due to the nature of holiday and special events scheduling, holiday and special event
cancellations regrettably cannot be refunded or credited towards another stay.
